Refund policy
When will I receive my order?
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 days. They are then taken care of by Colissimo or Chronopost (express and relay points), and your parcel generally arrives at its destination within 48-72 hours (express - 24h), except for exceptions specified on the website.
In which country do we deliver?
We ship worldwide. Please consider that additional charges, such as customs and import fees, are applied for customers who ship outside the EU.
Please note that depending on your order and country, you will be required to pay local taxes and duties upon receipt of your order, for which Ott. cannot accept responsibility. Refusal to pay these duties will result in the total cancellation of the order. Transportation and customs clearance costs related to a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

How do I exchange or return my order ?
You have 14 days to send it back to us your order in its original packaging. Ott. will refund the full amount of the returned products - all other costs are to be paid by the customer.
